Connect with excellence at McMaster University’s largest annual Career Fair, featuring over 110 employers. With 1,800 undergraduate and graduate students, and Alumni, Fall Career Fair is your opportunity to meet and hire McMaster Students while showcasing your organization on-campus to a large audience. Meet face-to-face and exchange contact information with inspired candidates of all disciplines for co-op, internship, and post-graduation positions at your organization.

  • Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm
  • Location: David Braley Athletic Centre,
  • McMaster University, Hamilton, ON

Fees:

  • Regular Registration: $550
  • CACEE Member Registration: $500
  • Non-Profit / Small Business: $250

Included in the registration fee is:

  • Breakfast and lunch (max. 5 representatives)
  • Participation for up to 5 representatives from your company
  • Maximum of 2 parking passes for the day (additional parking passes are available at a $20.00 charge per vehicle).
  • Parking is available on first-come-first-serve basis in the Stadium Underground with overflow in Lot H
  • Targeted campus-wide advertising of the Fair (posters, email campaigns, social media etc)
  • Wireless internet access
  • Electrical supply

  • One six-foot table
  • One tablecloth
  • Two chairs
  • 10×10 Booth Space

Please note your registration will be advertised to students once we have received payment.

Photography and video recording from the fair will be used in advertising to students for future years. We may be interviewing company reps for this purpose. Please let us know if you wish to not participate in any on site media.

Connect to Careers

Students and Employers talking at Connect to Careers job fair

Connect to Careers is a unique opportunity for employers to connect with students, alumni, and members of the Hamilton community; Connect to Careers is Hamilton’s largest job fair. A collaborative partnership between McMaster University, Mohawk College, Redeemer University College, Workforce Planning Hamilton and the City of Hamilton.

  • Date: Thursday, February 6, 2019
  • Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm
  • Location: Hamilton Convention Centre,
  • 101 York Boulevard, Hamilton, ON

Fee:

  • Standard Registration Fee: $678 (HST included)

Included in the registration fee is:

  • Participation for up to 4 representatives from your company
  • Targeted campus-wide advertising of the Fair (posters, email campaigns, social media etc)
  • Wireless internet access

Additional rates and sponsorship opportunities:

  • If you are a Small Business (less than 20 employees), or a not-for-profit organizations, you can register for this Fair at the reduced fee of $350 (CDN) plus HST.
  • Join us in the “Hamilton Pavillion”! If you are a local Hamilton Employer, please select a booth within the Hamilton section of the fair and pay a reduced rate of $500 (CDN) plus HST.
